Cows Rock Ice Cream started at Shida Night Market as a pioneer of artisanal handcrafted ice cream in Taiwan. The brand uses exclusive recipes and processes to capture the delicate flavors of Taiwan's terroir, selecting local ingredients with less sugar and fewer additives. It is the only brand in Taiwan to win the iTQi Crystal Award for frozen tea ice cream, featuring Jade Oolong, Pingtung cocoa, rare Duck Foot Wood honey, and Yilan organic White Egret black tea ice cream, all selected for state banquets. The brand has received ITQI Michelin three-star recognition and has been invited to serve at state banquets for foreign guests. Currently, it offers handcrafted ice cream on Yongkang Street.
