When you use Formoria, we may collect the following personal data: email address and name (optional) when submitting a brand, brand name, official website URL, brand region, social links (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), purchase links, brand ownership status, and source attribution. When you create an account, we collect your email and authentication details through Supabase Auth. Additionally, we automatically collect anonymized browsing data (page views, events, anonymized IP addresses) through Google Analytics.

Purpose of Use

We collect personal data for the following purposes: building and maintaining the Taiwan brand directory, providing brand discovery and search functionality, improving brand information quality through data enrichment, preventing spam and abuse, improving website functionality and user experience, and processing your brand submissions and account-related matters.

Third-Party Services

To provide our service, we use the following third-party providers: Supabase (database and authentication, servers in the US), Google Analytics 4 (website analytics, data processed in the US), Sentry (error monitoring, data processed in the US), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and Railway (web hosting, servers in the US). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

Your Rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to: query or request access to your personal data, request a copy, request corrections or supplements, request cessation of collection, processing, or use, and request deletion. Your brand data is retained for as long as the brand is listed in the directory. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 cookies to record page views and usage events, with IP addresses anonymized. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile session cookies for bot detection to protect forms from spam. This website does not use any advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
