Bonbons

Founded in 2018 by Peng Shihan and Huang Yizhen, Bonbons combines baking expertise with design sensibility to create French-inspired desserts that highlight local Miaoli flavors. The core lineup includes cheese cakes, Basque cakes, and gift boxes made with ingredients such as Maoli black tea, Hakka lei cha, Dajia taro, and makao. The brand also offers a 20-ping second-floor space for events (20-25 people) and extends into cultural merchandise and promotion, telling the story of the land through sweets.
