Founded by two young entrepreneurs, it combines a restaurant serving dishes made from local Hsinchu ingredients with event curation and agricultural products. The brand focuses on locally grown citrus, creating signature items like citrus sparkling drinks and Hakka sour oranges. Products are sold through channels including 7-ELEVEN i預購, Shopee, and Pinkoi. BigHillNorthMoon also engages in food education and local revitalization, collaborating with Liujia Elementary School on exhibitions and participating in the 2026 Taiwan Food Exhibition. The brand aims to integrate the natural and cultural resources of Dashanbei to bring new vitality to the mountain area.
