Nestled in Dongshan, Tainan, Fairy Lake Leisure Farm spans 52 hectares and centers on local agricultural products like longan and coffee, along with mountain village scenery. It offers farming, accommodation, dining, and rural experiences. The farm preserves the traditional wood-fired longan roasting culture, with sixth-generation operator Wu Kanqiang transforming the roasting sheds into modern leisure experiences under a 'coexist with nature' philosophy, while practicing low-carbon operations. Facilities include an infinity mountain spring pool and sandpit, and pets are welcome. In 2024, the farm won the World Championship in the Culture and Heritage Protection category at the 19th World Agricultural Tourism Competition, recognizing its efforts in preserving longan roasting techniques and promoting sustainable tourism.
