拾方工坊 Shifang Dessert

Based in Daya District, Taichung, Shifang Dessert is run by a husband-and-wife team whose story is tied to their daughter. Its signature line is Japanese-style cheesecake, made by hand with selected ingredients and a reduced-sugar formula. The range also includes handmade cookies, pound cakes, Rokucho-yaki, dacquoise and cold-brewed tea. Cookie flavors explore Breton salt and wine notes as well as cocoa nibs and roasted aromas, while the salted egg yolk and taro dacquoise pairs custard with a soft taro flavor. Orange cake, green pound cake and gift assortments extend the collection to maternity gifts, wedding favors and seasonal boxes.
