PIKANG builds its creative world around a cat island inhabited by two women, cats, and a dog. The founders are illustrators who also ran a stray-cat foster home; their connection with rescued animals began when they adopted an elderly Shiba Inu named Pangji from a shelter during university. Everyday life with cats and dogs becomes the subject of the brand’s visual stories, featuring cats, dogs, tigers, people, island settings, and riverside scenes. The range includes illustrated posters, stickers and prints, illustrated books or calendars, ceramic plates and bowls, and cat-shaped decorative objects. Bright red, yellow, and blue palettes appear alongside auspicious Chinese phrases and animal motifs.
