洋樓拾憶 Quemoy Memory

Quemoy Memory Creative Studio builds its practice around Kinmen’s historic洋樓, or Western-style residences, with a youth team rooted in Beishan, Kinmen. The studio translates architectural features, façades, spaces, and local stories into contemporary creative work, including pop-up books, architectural illustrations, visual identities, printed books, small building models, and related cultural products. Its visual displays use vivid orange, purple, blue, and black graphics to make historic structures legible through a current design language. Beyond product development, the studio creates activities and educational programs such as the two-day “Jinsha Yanglou Adventure,” which combines guided exploration with hands-on making. The work connects architectural memory, cultural preservation, and public-facing design.
