Small Chu Desserts builds its range around cookie tins and sandwich cookies, turning Taiwanese tea, milk tea, cocoa, and familiar local food imagery into themed sweets. The Taiwan Tea Journey collection brings together ten Taiwanese tea flavors in one tin, with a seasonal Moon-Gazing Tea Rabbit edition. Its Chicken Cutlet and Bubble Milk Tea tin pairs chicken-cutlet-shaped cookies with assorted bubble-milk-tea sandwich cookies. Pistachio Chocolate Crisp uses a filling made from 100% pistachio paste blended from pistachios sourced from four regions, plus fine pastry strands for a crisp shell and crunchy center. The studio also makes peach-style pastries, Four Seasons Tea King cookies, and Four Seasons Tea King nougat.
