淡然有味 Danran Tea

Founded in 2007 by two sisters devoted to tea culture, Danran Tea is based in Taipei’s Neihu District. Its team combines a tea instructor with 25 years of experience and nationally certified tea tasters, selecting only tea grown in Taiwan. The range includes Alishan and Lishan high-mountain tea, Sun Moon Lake Ruby black tea, and Sanxia Bi Luo Chun. Production begins with harvesting in clear weather and continues through sun withering, resting, fermentation, refining, and tasting. The signature Dingjin Oolong uses Fushou Mountain tea leaves and is specially processed with a tea master. Danran Tea also makes loose-leaf tea bags and gift sets, including the Fine Silence tea gift box, a German iF Design Award recipient.
