A childhood memory of hiding snacks beneath a cupboard became the starting point for 櫥底 Cookies &. Based on Taiwan’s coastal Chiayi area, this one-person dessert studio develops recipes, bakes by hand, and creates its own illustrations. Its range includes handmade cookies, butter sandwich cookies, and seasonal dessert boxes. Ingredients named by the studio include French A.O.P. regional fermented butter, Japanese superfine sugar, Japanese flour, Nagasaki sea salt, French cocoa powder, and natural strawberry. Cookie shapes and packaging can be customized for selected orders. Monthly dessert boxes pair seasonal themes with the language of flowers, while the visual identity uses botanical drawings, floral motifs, and handwritten-style lettering. The ampersand represents further possibilities and encounters with different people.
