AWAY studio 二位工作室

Weaving forms the creative foundation of AWAY studio, where varied techniques and fiber materials become objects designed for both visual appeal and everyday use. Established in Taipei’s Zhongzheng District on August 18, 2016, the studio is represented by Chiang Hsiang-Hsiang. The name AWAY reflects travel as a way of stepping temporarily outside ordinary reality, a perspective connected to the studio’s creative background. Its offerings include woven works and craft kits, using materials such as soft mohair and color-changing gradient fishtail yarn. In 2026, the studio approaches its tenth anniversary while organizing unused yarns, including fluffy mohair and design-led gradient fibers.
