An&Ma creates reduced-sugar desserts in Tainan, led by its Korean-style “fat macarons,” which are known for their thick shells and generous fillings. The range also includes crisp canelés, soft-centered Basque cheesecakes, made-to-order chiffon cakes, madeleines, and fruit-filled fat macarons. Flavours include Dubai chocolate, pistachio cocoa, matcha nama chocolate, cocoa brownie, Thai milk tea, and savoury cheese biscuit. Its mille-feuille gift boxes pair berry or chocolate pastry with French AOP butter and a French marshmallow filling. Custom cakes include a macaron-shaped chocolate-glazed design with cocoa chiffon, vanilla pudding, and green grapes.
