The company has since become a hidden champion in Taiwan's business-to-business sauce market. Its core products include spicy bean paste, miso, red yeast rice, sweet bean curd (dou zao), and dried bonito flakes. Dou zao and red bean shreds have been bestsellers for six decades, commonly used in military mess halls, school cafeterias, and buffet restaurants. In 2009, the retail brand 'Wu Jiang Chuan Jia' was launched, blending Hakka and Japanese flavors into everyday cooking. Its red yeast onion spicy bean paste was named a Pingtung specialty, and the Imperial Sauce Gift Box won Taiwan's Top 100 Souvenir award in 2013. In 2017, collaborating with a renowned chef, the company developed millet and tree bean miso using indigenous ingredients like millet, tree beans, and makao, winning first place in the Pingtung Top 10 Souvenir Food category. In 2024, the fourth generation took over, introducing advanced Japanese equipment to upgrade the vegetarian factory while maintaining traditional brewing methods and local ingredients, such as Taiwan-grown red yeast rice aged for 280 days.
