TALUMA 知返設計

TALUMA means “homecoming” in the Amis language. Founded in 2025 by a mixed Indigenous and Han Taiwanese writer with a background in textile and fashion design, the brand builds its visual language around Nanshi Amis culture. Stories, clothing motifs, and everyday colours are reorganised into original prints featuring flowers, fruit, tomatoes, apples, leaves, and nightshade. These patterns are paired with Bauhaus-inspired forms on tote bags, shoulder bags, pouches, phone bags, coin purses, and other fabric accessories. TALUMA uses Taiwanese fabrics and produces its items locally in Taiwan, translating Nanshi Amis references into objects designed for contemporary urban routines.
