Natural inclusions are central to Oasis Emporium’s beadwork: crystal and stone pieces retain their mineral gaps, misty veils, ice-like fractures, and intergrown patterns. Working in Taipei, creator Jane combines crystals, natural stones, handmade glass beads, and brass findings into necklaces, bracelets, phone straps, and other beaded accessories. The phone-strap blind-box series pairs glass beads in varied colours with brass components and detachable charms, while the Egypt series includes the necklace “A Lost Place.” The name reflects Jane’s experience of reserving creative time after work as an office employee. Her practice also extends to mindful beading and meditation-bead classes, where participants select materials, arrange colours, and string beads as a way to organise their feelings.
