Nebula Scent was founded in 2012 by a digital product designer who turned to handcraft after prolonged work pressure and a doctor’s advice. Rooted in East Asian incense blending, the brand combines natural botanical powders into wearable incense beads. Each bead is made through sifting, blending with water, kneading into incense clay, shaping, air-drying, polishing, and stringing. Materials named by the brand include pine needles, frankincense, Australian sandalwood, red cedar, rose, geranium, aged citrus peel, camphor wood, agarwood, lavender, poria, and polygala. Its scent archive is organised into woody, floral, fruity, tea, herbal-medicinal, and Five Elements blends.
