Laoshan Collector begins with the scent of Taiwan incense cedar, developing handmade incense sticks, fragrance products, and sprays for spaces and clothing. Its palette combines incense cedar essential oil, Taiwan cypress, green sandalwood, Indian red sandalwood, agarwood, white sage, cedar, pine needle, palo santo, mugwort, patchouli, and myrrh. The name “Laoshan” carries the founder’s father’s incense-making experience, while “Collector” refers to the gathering of aromatic materials and crafted objects. “Xia” layers sandalwood with mugwort and patchouli; “Chuchu | Blank” pairs agarwood, myrrh, and vetiver. Collaborations with ceramic artists produce incense burners and related tools, placing scent within a tactile ritual. Its visual identity balances handmade warmth with clean contemporary lines.
