風葉鳥

Founded in autumn 2023 along Taichung’s coastal area, Feng Ye Niao grew from an exploration of Taiwanese tea, botanical gardens, and local sweets. Its name reflects the sensory image of tea fragrance, moving leaves, passing wind, and a bird in flight. Each seasonal collection takes Taiwanese tea and plants as its theme, pairing them with hand-shaped pastries made by experienced pastry artisans. The range includes fruit sweets presented in metal tins, fabric-wrapped gift boxes, tea-and-snack sets, and individually packed treats. Branches and leaves are trimmed and tied by hand into fresh botanical bundles attached to the boxes, making plant material part of the presentation rather than a separate decoration. The brand’s work brings together tea, botanical elements, and Taiwanese pastry traditions.
