壹顆蜆

壹顆蜆 brings Japan’s Yamato black clams into the coastal ponds of Hanbao, Fangyuan, Changhua, where they are raised in natural seawater conditions. Founded by second-generation aquaculture operator Yang Yu-han, the brand builds on more than 40 years of family experience and manages the process from artificial seed production to mature shellfish across about 50 hectares, with annual output exceeding 2 million Taiwanese jin. In collaboration with National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, it uses photosynthetic probiotics in feed and clam powder for calcium. Harvested clams are cleaned and purged with seawater and nano-microbubble equipment to reduce sand content. Its range includes vacuum-chilled black clams, clams, black clam extract, and Fish Potato snacks combining black clams, seafood, and potatoes.
