Founded in 1999, The Thurs began as a distributor for iconic brands like Lewis Leathers (UK) and Larry Smith (Japan), specializing in leather jackets and silver accessories. Over the years, it evolved into a multi-label lifestyle brand with its own apparel and accessory line. Its Taipei store in the Dong District has been operating for over a decade, offering curated selections of workwear, biker style, and lifestyle goods. The Taichung location houses Black Jar Coffee, a specialty coffee shop with a Coffee Review score of 95 and a CQI Q Grader certification, serving house-roasted single-origin beans. By combining fashion retail with coffee culture, The Thurs creates a distinctive lifestyle destination.
