Architect Huang Chin-Hua founded TAGather Goods in 2016 after spending ten years in New York, with a design and research center in Taipei. Its bags translate architectural thinking into portable forms through three stated principles: urban color, one-piece construction, and multi-use design. The range includes tote bags, multifunctional backpacks, three-way backpacks, convertible hobo bags, adaptable briefcases, multipurpose clutches, coin purses, pen cases, ID holders, phone pouches, and computer bags. The REBIRTH program repurposes canvas from exhibitions, events, and sporting competitions into everyday items such as dumpling bags, lunch bags, and totes. Taiwan-sourced materials, vivid color combinations, Taitung-origin materials, and manufacturing in central Taiwan connect the brand’s design work with local production.
