SiPALS transforms everyday household items into cultural artifacts using non-toxic, eco-friendly silicone. Originally the brand division of the publicly listed TAYA Group, a leader in silicone manufacturing, SiPALS spun off as an independent design company in 2015. Leveraging the group's advanced production and R&D capabilities, the brand develops creative lifestyle products in collaboration with major museums. Iconic items include the Mandarin Hat Wine Stopper (co-created with the National Palace Museum), the Sword Ice Tray from the "Food Weapon" series, Sword-and-Saber Chopsticks, and a range of silicone placemats, table runners, coasters, trivets, and cups. SiPALS has partnered with institutions such as the National Palace Museum, National Museum of China, Musée d'Orsay, and the British Museum, as well as licensed themes like One Piece and Pili Puppetry. In Taiwan, the brand is available at 26 physical locations including the National Palace Museum, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Tainan Art Museum, National Creative Gift Center, and Marriott Hotel Taipei. In mainland China, it reaches around 70 outlets including the Palace Museum, National Museum of China, and Hi百货 department stores. SiPALS also collaborates with Japanese Kansai Engineering in Hiroshima to further explore silicone innovation.
