大自然的珠寶盒

Sea-worn glass collected along the coast forms the starting point of 大自然的珠寶盒, founded on Hualien’s East Coast when its creator was a university junior. The studio turns glass waste and East Coast jade into earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other wearable pieces. Each material is collected, washed, ground, and polished by hand before being secured with waxed cord; the weaving follows the original shape and texture rather than forcing a uniform form. Selected designs combine sea glass and local stone with Shoushan stone, coconut-shell beads, olivine, bark, palm leaves, or shells. The collection connects traces left by the ocean with the geological layers represented by jade, while its custom-made pieces bring reclaimed materials and regional stones into jewellery shaped by coastal scenery and Austronesian-inspired elements.
