REWOOD 木酢達人

A group of millennials settled in Hukou, Hsinchu, founded REWOOD with the mission of circular sustainability. The brand transforms discarded fruit tree prunings and forestry residues into wood vinegar cleaning products, biochar, artistic charcoal planters, and locally sourced wooden furniture through proprietary carbonization and distillation techniques. Product lines include household cleaners (e.g., wood vinegar hand wash, dish liquid), charcoal planters (awarded Golden Pin Design Award and iF Design Award), and furniture design. In collaboration with the Forestry Bureau, they have developed a cleaning series using the invasive vine Mikania micrantha, turning 'green cancer' into 'black gold.' The brand also offers appliance cleaning services (washing machines, air conditioners) and sells through its physical store and online platforms across Taiwan and seven countries.
