Designer Renee founded ReneeWorks around handmade leather goods, including U-shaped zip wallets, card holders, wallets, tote bags, and backpacks. Each piece is completed independently by an experienced Taiwanese craftsperson, with traditional methods covering cutting, stitching, and edge-paint finishing; product imagery also shows leather being sewn on an industrial machine. Materials include French calfskin, French Alran Sully leather, Italian vegetable-tanned leather, Japanese YKK Excella zippers, and Italian hardware. Vegetable-tanned leather gradually darkens with use, creating individual marks over time. Selected leather goods can be made in different colors and hot-stamped with a name, with custom orders requiring 45 working days. The collection is made in Taiwan and uses restrained forms with practical storage and everyday durability in mind.
