OPUS 東齊金工 grew from the metalworking experience of 東齊金屬工業, founded in 1988, and introduced its own lifestyle line in 2015. Based in Qidu, Keelung, the brand uses European ironwork as a design reference, combining silhouette compositions with laser cutting to make practical objects for homes and offices. Its range includes business-card holders, letter racks, bookends, hooks, pen holders, tissue racks, accessory stands, lighting, clocks, wine racks, metal wall art, incense holders, and trays. Materials include galvanized steel sheet and medical-grade stainless steel. A Taiwan-shaped tray is formed from one piece of stainless steel, turning the island’s outline into a functional vessel, while cat figures, human silhouettes, leaves, and geometric motifs appear across storage, display, and desktop pieces. The company also draws on its metal giftware customization experience and Taiwan-based design and manufacturing.
