明順玻璃行 Mingshun Glass

Founded in Taipei in 1979, Mingshun Glass began with glass engineering and later turned discontinued, early Taiwanese patterned glass into contemporary home objects. Its collection preserves motifs such as begonia flowers, diamond grids, cross patterns, and icicle-like stripes across coasters, trays, paperweights, clocks, storage boxes, and dimmable glass lamps. The patterns are pressed into glass with rollers before the material fully hardens, then shaped through cutting, edge polishing, and assembly. Notable pieces include begonia-patterned square and round paperweights and retro glass lamps that combine textured panels with metal frames. The founder’s background in glass processing informs this effort to carry architectural glass motifs into everyday use, with custom sizing and pattern combinations available.
