花見小路 Hanamikoji

Founded in Tainan in 2013, Hanamikoji began with a practical question from women who wanted shoes that could travel well, feel easy to wear, and still carry a feminine detail. The brand makes handmade floral-fabric shoes, genuine leather footwear, and fabric lifestyle goods. Its footwear range includes flats, Mary Janes, ankle boots, slip-ons, and sneakers. Experienced shoemakers shape the shoes around wider lasts and soft uppers, with construction intended for extended walking. Traditional Taiwanese craft references and floral textile patterns are edited into clean contemporary silhouettes. The name and visual identity draw on the antique wooden latticework associated with Kyoto’s Hanamikoji, linking Kyoto’s historic atmosphere with the making traditions of Tainan.
