FYE (For Your Earth) originated in France in 2009, founded by Bill and French partners with a core concept of recycling discarded shoes into new soles. The brand entered Taiwan in 2011 and is now operated by a local team, blending French design with Taiwanese craftsmanship. FYE uses recycled PET fibers, organic cotton linings, and natural rubber, while its soles are made from regenerated waste shoes, embodying circular economy principles. Key products include the Opale casual series and retro sneakers, known for eco-friendliness and comfort. The brand has a flagship store in Taichung and has engaged in social initiatives, such as donating shoes to rural elementary schools.
