Small Village Far Far draws its scents from herb fields in Shande Village and the Taiyuan Valley of Donghe, Taitung. Founder Chen Ren-ding returned to his hometown in 2011 and began developing a herb-based business in 2015. The fields use natural farming, forest-based cultivation and other low-impact growing methods, allowing herbs to follow local conditions while retaining field biodiversity. The range includes herbal hydrosols, essential oils and skincare oils made with natural essential oils blended with natural jojoba oil. Products use 100% plant-derived ingredients and exclude chemical raw materials. Harvesting, processing and production are carried out with elders from the Shande community, connecting local work with the making of everyday botanical care.
