Ecopeco 艾可貝可

Founded in Taichung in 2019, Ecopeco grew from a parent-led concern about children’s contact with everyday materials and an engineering approach to product development. The brand began with desk mats, using food-grade polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer instead of conventional PVC. Its range includes matte translucent eye-friendly desk mats, double-layer two-tone mats, and cutting mats for stationery, office work, and craft projects. Selected mats can be cut to fit a desk, while the cutting mats use a five-layer construction with an elastic working surface to support repeated cuts and make knife marks less visible. Grid lines, measuring scales, and cutting guides are printed for practical use. Products use Taiwanese materials and are made in Taiwan; the brand also plans used-mat recycling and reduced packaging as part of its material-focused product system.
