CLASSICO, derived from the Italian word for 'classic', was founded in 2012 by two young Taiwanese entrepreneurs. The brand focuses on vintage-inspired, minimalist frame designs that exude timeless elegance. Emphasizing handcrafted quality, CLASSICO produces a wide range of eyewear collections including J-collection, Q-collection, M-collection, and more, along with acetate accessories under the KISSO ACCESSORY label. In 2015, the first flagship store opened in Taipei's Xinyi District, followed by locations in Eslite Spectrum Nangang, Eslite Songyan, Taichung's National Taichung Theater, and Park Lane by CMP. The brand also operates FUTURO RETRO, a dedicated experience space in Yongkang Street, Taipei, offering professional optometry and customized fitting services. CLASSICO collaborates with Japanese eyewear artisans from Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, and has expanded overseas with a physical store in Beijing.
